Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you change your mind Zaida Hair offers a 14 day exchange policy.
In the event you change your mind when you receive your order, you can send it back to us (provided that the hair is in the same condition it was sent to you in – untampered, unused, and unworn) within 14 days of receipt. Please note you would bear cost of postage.
Sales and discounted items are excluded from our Exchange policy.
Due to the customized nature of our products, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided that the hair is in its original packaging and has not been worn or tampered with in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, brushing, washing, dyeing, cutting, applying heat, or using styling products on the hair.
Exchange Process:
If you wish to exchange your product, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that the hair is in its original packaging.
- Verify that the hair has not been used or altered in any way.
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
Exchange Conditions:
- We can only process exchanges for products that meet the above conditions. If the hair has been tampered with in any way, we will be unable to process your exchange.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for the exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the exchange conditions, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.
You can send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice at your expense.
Please email customerservice@zaidahair.com with the tracking number of the parcel you have sent. Please include the colour and or texture you would like to exchange in the email.
Returns can take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contains your tracking number giving you the ability to track your order.
Your order will be shipped according to the service you have chosen at checkout.

Express Delivery: 1 business day
