Order Processing Times
All orders typically require 2 business days for processing after you place your order. During this time, we confirm your details and prepare your items for shipment.
For the majority of our orders, there is an additional production time required to create the premium hair bundles before they are ready to be shipped. This process usually takes up to 10 business days. However, in some cases, products may already be available and ready to ship immediately, in which case delivery will follow the standard UK shipping times or Worldwide shipping times.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped according to your selected shipping method. You will receive tracking details and delivery updates as soon as your order is on its way.
UK Shipping Options
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days.
Please note that shipping times for UK orders will begin once production is complete. If your order is in stock, it will be shipped according to the above timelines. Otherwise, it will be produced and then shipped following the standard production and delivery timelines.
Worldwide Shipping
Zaida Hair ships worldwide! For international orders, the typical delivery time is 7–10 business days. Again, it will be produced and then shipped following the standard process time. A fixed shipping rate is applied at checkout for all international destinations.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs procedures.
Custom Orders
Certain orders, such as custom-made hair bundles, may require additional production time. Custom orders will be handled with more specific details and communication between us and the supplier, and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. We will notify you directly if your order falls under this category and provide you with any necessary information and timelines.
Order Tracking and Updates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and status updates. Please make sure that the email address you provide at checkout is accurate to ensure timely updates.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
While we make every effort to verify shipping addresses for accuracy, Zaida Hair cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or missing, please contact us immediately at info@zaidahair.com. While Zaida Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work closely with shipping carriers to resolve the issue and assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us right away so we can assist you. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage to work with our shipping partners and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday periods, please allow extra time for order processing and shipping. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to process and ship your order in a timely manner.
