14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. Refund eligibility begins from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Starting a Return
To start a return, you can contact us through our contact page or email us. Alternatively, if you have an account, you can log in and go to the "Orders" section to initiate the return process.
Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure you follow the provided instructions carefully to avoid delays. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Additionally, we do not issue refunds for items as a result of missed hair appointments due to products not arriving in time. It is the customer’s responsibility to allow adequate processing and shipping time when scheduling appointments. Please review our shipping policy carefully before booking any appointments.
Exchanges
If you’d like to request an exchange, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, follow the instructions to purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, refunds are handled with stringent inspection processes. Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of wear, tampering, or improper handling.
